My daughter picked these polishes for me. Actually I shut the box after the first three polishes she picked, I dont think she would have stopped at three or four or five. The more the merrier 🙂 But it was so much fun.
What I had in mind was a neutral beige base with the slightest hint of neon here and there. This is lot more than slight, but its okay.
The thumb,I didn’t know what to do with it. It looks funny, I think. 😀
This mani here is not much but baby steps will do for now. I really don’t remember much. There is a white, a black. That grey is from OPI. I have love-hate relationship with it. It goes from smooth and perfect one time to streaky and impossible next time. If I didnt know better I’d say I have two bottles of the same polish. Weird, huh!? Any thoughts? That glitter topper China Glaze Boo-gie Down. Love it!
Now I really really want to do a nice valentine mani. Dear God of time! please relent, give me an extra hour today! 🙂
The dots are messy but the colors are pretty. I saw a beautiful dot gradient on Instagram and mine looks downright ugly next to it. But eh…. 😀
I really like these two colors together. I think I had a dress in that combination long long long ago. 😛
Chambor Intense 472, China Glaze Spontaneous
I picked up a new polish from Chambor. A very pretty and very glossy coral creme. I was so enamored by it that I dared to do a gradient again. Yup! Gradients make me nervous. 😛 This one turned out okay till I topcoated it. The topcoat somehow washed away the purple because I am very sure it looked darker earlier. Stranger things have happened so I will let this one pass. 😉
I am in love with the accent.I rarely ever feel that way about my nails, so yes strangeness continues. 😛
And the lazy people at Chambor should have named the polishes!! A number! Really!?
This accent was absolutely gorgeous, more so in person. I tried, but couldn’t really capture it. It glittered and twinkled and reflected all sorts of colors. Some Like It Haute is one of my favorite glitter. Add some flakies to it and….sensational!!
The matte version.
PS:The reason I layered the flakies over the glitter.
I did this quick one before heading to the mall. Mall lighting breathes life into the holos. The holo keeps me distracted. The distraction saves me some money.Or at least that’s what I tell myself anyway.
I think the sran wrap looks better with black tips.
Finally!! Few pictures I am really happy to post. I adore these two polishes together! The dots! These random ones, I mess them up every time. They came out nice for a change. And my poor thumb makes an entry. It is recovering from a nasty burn.
