The negative space nail art is definitely my favourite at the moment. If only I had little more time , I’d be playing with tape and polish all day. Its so much fun!!
The blue polish in this mani is Bourjois 1seconde Bleu moonlight. Its a gem. A true one coater. I have just one coat here. It dries fast and glossy too. The other is Corail magique. Another favourite of mine.
What I had in mind was a neutral beige base with the slightest hint of neon here and there. This is lot more than slight, but its okay.
The thumb,I didn’t know what to do with it. It looks funny, I think. 😀
I like glitter over gradient combinations. They look beautiful. Also the glitter beutifully hides any sloppily done gradient. Like here. 🙂
Bourjois Rainbow Apparition
I have had two nail-fails in two days. I was disappointed and unmotivated. The best way to get over that is to do something simple, clean and easy. I usually turn to pinterest for inspiration but I came across this in my reader and my problem was solved.
Just one polish and almost no skill required. 😉
Brilliant eh!? 😀
Oh! and still stuck with the gradients. 😛
Bourjois Beige, Barry M Pink Silver glitter
This is my first attempt at Leopard print . I am semi happy (Ha!!) with it and the pictures. The Pink Silver glitter again is so much better in person than in these pictures. As for the print, I think a Leopard would happily eat me for such sloppiness, good thing its not a vain animal. 😛
Bourjois Beige & OPI German-icure
These two polishes look beautiful together. I wish I had been more meticulous while placing the tape. The whole point of taping to get the perfect sharp lines. Since I didn’t, I had to remove it almost immediately. The obsessive compulsiveness wins, almost every time! 😛
Bourjois Beige and acrylic colors
Bad weather, bad light, bad pictures.Good mani though. 🙂
Bourjois Lime Catwalk, Lotus Herbals Playful Pink and Plum Delight
I tried my hands at sugar spun and as is evident the sugar spunned a little too much. 😛 And that overcrowded mess was further subjected, unintentionally, to a bottle that has last bits of five fast drying topcoat and a hint of pink (dont know how that came).
Did I whine enough about the clean up in the last post!! 😛
Borjois Adora Bleu, Colorbar Exclusive 44
I almost did not buy Adora Bleu. And I am so glad I did.I am not a big fan of blue polishes but this one is beautiful, delicate and stunning.
I wasnt kidding when I said I am obsessed with flowers right now. 😀
Think it looks better matte.
Bourjois BC Beige is my new favourite polish. I adore it. Initially I wanted to do some neon flowers on it ( I am obsessed with floral too). But I wanted to see how it paired with OPI Get in the expresso lane.
Need to work on the stripes!
